Founded in Dallas, Texas by Rebecca Miller, Finch & Heron Interiors offers bespoke interior architecture and design services to private residential clients and developments throughout the United States. The Studio has a portfolio spanning Texas and the Mountain West, with new build, full-scale renovation, and furnishing projects for primary and secondary residences.
Finch & Heron Interiors orchestrates exquisitely designed spaces that resonate with the Client on an emotional level through a holistic and considered approach. Special attention to form, texture, wellness, and story leads to timeless interiors rooted in nature that envelop the senses and infuse with joy.
The Studio
Growing up in a small valley in Northern Utah, Rebecca was surrounded by glorious nature. The mountains, meadows, and marshes of home spoke to her and developed her eye early on. Experiencing those places moved her to create environments that would move others in similar ways, fostering connection and encouraging meaningful memories.
That lead her to study interior design at Utah State University, learn first-hand about the building process with top designers on high-end residential projects in Atlanta and Dallas, and finally drove her to start Finch & Heron Interiors.
Rebecca’s design philosophy is rooted in the belief that home is sacred. Her ever-evolving vernacular combines modern sensibilities with respect for the past and layers in thoughtfully curated details to render the Client’s story in spatial form.
